Day Seven

Finally. The end of my self imposed writing assignment. It has been fun AND trying. I'm finally writing on the right day.

Today-relaxing. Burned a fire all day-perfect. I made cookie balls for the first time:

1 package of Oreos (minus 3)

1/2 pound of softened cream cheese

a package of vanilla almond bark

Throw the Oreos in a food processor till they are a crumbly mess. Then throw that into the Kitchen Aid Mixer fitted with the paddle attachment. Add cream cheese and...mix.

Shape into balls, dip in melted bark. Watch out.

I'm loving the Super Bowl commercials. Oh, Greenbay just got the first touchdown.

*Confession-it is now Monday morning. Greenbay -Green Bay-whatever, they won! I guess I'm happy. Favorite commercials-Doritos that brought dead grandpa back to life and the car one where old rich folk are in jail. They played Kenny G. I think it was about, "escaping the confounds of old luxury". Loved it.
